Delicious, delicious cheese. However you like it, whether melted on pizza, prepared on poutine or straight from the package; cheese hits the spot. So what better to bring all the cheese lovers out there than a post about The Lone Grazer Creamery, a Minneapolis, MN-based cheese maker!
Formed as a partnership between head cheese-maker Reuben Nilsson and entrepreneur Kieran Folliard (who also happens to be the founder of 2 Gingers Irish Whiskey), The Lone Grazer is a locally sourced artisan cheese shop, listing the farms, and even the dairy cows right on their site! Dishing out hand pulled string cheese, fresh curds, ricotta, and so much more, The Lone Grazer’s home base is an absolute must visit for any Minnesota bound traveler. They even sell cheeses which have been hand washed in local whiskeys!
